Research On The Language Violence Of Elementary School Teachers And Resolution Strategies

In recent years,the phenomena of "language violence" occurred frequently and more shows ascendant trend,serious harm to the physical and mental development of young people,and even cause irreparable consequences,has caused the extensive concern of the whole society ?Therefore,in order to better promote the healthy development of students' thinking,a harmonious and civilized campus environment plays an important role in? So far,the research on teacher's verbal violence in educational research field is more and more,the scope of the study is also relatively wide,have involved the legal,psychological,education and other fields?But from the perspective of education from the point of view of ethics and applied psychology research is not too much? Therefore,the author mainly want to from the two kinds of language violence,causes,hazards and measures for further exploration.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part of the author puts forward the basis of the research topic,the value and significance of the research? The second part is literature review,mainly discusses the current situation of domestic and foreign research on language violence,including the concept of language violence,language characteristics and its causes? The third part is the research design of this paper,and put forward the main research content,research difficulties and research methods used in this paper.The fourth part is about the elementary school teacher's language violence field investigation and analysis,the author has carried on the questionnaire survey and the interview to a primary school in A City,and has analyzed the survey result ? The fifth part describes the impact of language violence on primary school students,and from the perspective of the causes of teachers' language violence? At last,the author puts forward the strategies of the teacher's language violence from the perspective of ethics,psychology and pedagogy?Calling on teachers and the society to be able to pay attention to the phenomenon of teacher's language violence.
