A Study On The Moral Issues Of Teachers' Language Violence

Language is the information carrier that operation of educational teaching activity is based on and also the spiritual bridge between students and teachers.During the teaching activity,teachers who communicate human civilization are undertaking the responsibility of maintaining the dignity and cultivating good moral characters of students and creating harmonious campus environment.Civilized use of teacher's language can provide a positive effect on the formation of proper use of civilized words and standard of evaluation of students.But the fact is that “language violence of teacher” is heard by the public frequently and has arisen great concerns among the society.Based on the situation that people focus more on these issues,by using ethics,language ethics,pedagogy and other method theoretically,this writing is aiming on countermeasure of improving these phenomena.By improving this,we can improve the moral language attainment and language artistry of teacher thus the teacher's language can work perfectly.The first part of this article is about the understanding of teacher's language and language violence.At the beginning,it clarifies the critical position among the history of philosophy and expounds the moral connotation of language.Next,it discussed the inherent requirement of teacher's language morality by putting forward various principle such as language norm,equal position dialogue and positive language.Finally,leading to the definition of language violence as language disobey the requirement of language morality.The second part is the major part of this article.It talks about the language violence of teacher.To be more specific,this part analyzes implication and figured out the cause and determent of language violence of teacher so this can draw attention among the society.The third part is the solution of language violence of teacher.This part is divided into two sections as ethical and social countermeasure.Among these two sections,the ethical countermeasure plays significant role as this issue can only be fixed fundamentally by enhancing the self-cultivation of teachers.
