Facing it, we must change teachers' concept, strengthen the supervision on rural primary school teachers and improve rural primary school teachers' professional ethics quality. In addition, countries should intensify education policy inclination and rural primary school should give teachers more care and pay more attention to the teachers' physical and mental health, giving them the senses that they should improve their language mastery as well as the responsibilities and obligations. Only in this way, can we eliminate teachers' language violence and build a civilized and harmonious campus environment for students in rural area.
