This article does the classical Chinese reading study of the 2004-2016 Shanghai college entrance examination paper,in order to explore the examination emphasis and the development trend of the classical Chinese reading.As the direct proposition of the college entrance examination,the "examination handbook points out the direction of the testing system for classical Chinese reading and provides the concrete basis for classical Chinese reading ability test point through more scientific framework and language expression,more explicit ability examination guide after continuous adjustment.At the same time,the curriculum standard”rules the level of the classical Chinese reading ability the students ought to reach after the three years high school studying.The Classical Chinese reading test questions of the university entrance exam reference to both the command system show clear generalities:the diversity of the selected text genre is outstanding;mostly from famous corpus;genre diversity,closely contacts with the teaching material;the viewpoints of value are comply with the development of the harmonious society needs.Both selection and development trend of the thesis are clear:from the perspective of the selected article difficulty,with the deepening of "the second curriculum reform",the length of the selections shows ascendant trend,to some extent,increased the difficulty of the classical Chinese reading;but the annotations have played a role to reduce the difficulty.From the perspective of the test questions,since Shanghai get the independent right of proposition,the total points of classical Chinese reading have can be divided into four stages,which this article explores belongs to the fourth stage.In this stage,the scores of two classical Chinese readings are relatively stable,the view that the score of the first paragraph greater than the second's is basically stable;the amount of objective questions is relatively less than the subjective topic;the proportion of "appreciation and evaluation" in three reading ability is the least,"analysis and synthesis" and "memorization and comprehension"occupy almost the same proportion.Based on the accordance of test,selecting situation and propositional situation,this article discusses some outstanding problems in the classical Chinese reading of the Shanghai college entrance examination:the philosophical proses and the famous articles also have the test value,which can be used as reading materials;the annotations remain to be improved;the amount of the classical Chinese "core"questions is small;the frequency of the evaluation questions worths further exploration,some expression of questions should be more clear.
