| The research of Singapore's talent has always been a hot topic of scholars,and the factors of successful Singapore have been put forward by scholars,Such as education theory,political elite country theory,economic theory and pragmatism,and Confucianism ethical value theory.Despite the scholars take Singapore's success to one or more several factors,the implementation of all are by people,undoubtedly,for the only resources that Singapore can use is "human",Singapore is successful on training talent.So the purpose of this paper is to clarify the Singapore modern transformation with it's modern talent cultivation strategy,and give advise on training Our own talent through analysising the main characteristics of talent training in Singapore and it's roles in country's development.This paper mainly studies how Singapore training it's talents of different fields according to different development aims and needs in different development stages.Mainly discussed the policties,characteristics and contributions of the talent training in Singapore,which focused on political,economic,education area.Then discussed the contributions of the political elites in development the social envrionment,and finally,give advise to our on the basis of analyzing the Singapore talent strategy,According to the research,The development of Singapore can mainly presented as the path of rapid industrialization--gradually modernized--perfect modernization.The growth path of political talent was for the colonial talents--authoritative talents--democratic authoritative talents;the growth path of economic talents for it was talents with nothing--efficiency talents--Confucian education talents;education talents was from numbers only--General technical skills to cultivate Confucianism talents;all these talents further promoting the development of Singapore,making Singapore with an economic deformity,religious conflicts,filthy country into an Economic development,harmonious and orderly,modern garden city. |
