| The professional development of teachers is an important way to help teachers improve themselves and the cornerstone of improving the quality of school education.Nowadays,when the government and society attach great importance to the quality of education and the quality of teachers,the professional development of teachers becomes more prominent.With the deepening of basic education curriculum reform in China,modern information technology is gradually integrated into daily teaching.At the same time,the development and application of modern information technology put forward new requirements for the basic education,especially for the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.As a product of the development and application of information technology,the history teaching website has become an important part of history teaching resources with its rich resources,and has also provided a convenient channel for the professional development of history teachers in middle schools.Subject teaching website is a kind of subject information navigation system which is organized,ordered and arranged by experts,regularly checked and processed.There are three main types of history education websites:official,commercial and human.This paper chooses the website of "the Garden of History Teaching in Middle School" as an example,which has the characteristics of the above three types of websites,and has a certain influence on the professional development of teachers in the same type of website.The setting of each column in the website has its special significance,and it also has different influence on the professional development of history teachers in middle school.Its main influence can be summarized as three points:first,to provide professional guidance for teachers professional development;second,to create an environment for teachers professional development to realize the demand of lifelong learning;third,to provide peer mutual assistance for teachers professional development.A platform for reflective communication.In order to understand the specific situation of the professional development of the middle school history teacher using the network.In this paper,a questionnaire survey and individual interviews are used.A survey of teachers basic information,teachers views on the use of network resources for professional development,and teachers views on this way of development is carried out.Through the analysis of the survey data,that is,the interview results,we find that there are two problems in the professional development of teachers using the network,one is the problem of the subject teaching website,the other is the problem of the teachers,among which the teachers teaching age,Gender and the planning of professional development are the factors that influence teachers professional development by using the network.The main reasons are the lack of a unified national layout in the construction of the website,the limited resource sharing of the network,the difference of the infrastructure construction and the professional fatigue of the teachers themselves.In view of the many problems existing in the professional development of the current teachers using the website,the author puts forward the improvement strategy from the two aspects of the subject teaching website itself and how the teachers use the subject website,so that the middle school history teachers have more understanding of the use of the subject teaching website to promote the professional development.On the website,this paper puts forward some suggestions on making mobile phone client,perfecting communication mechanism and improving online function,so that it can better assist middle school history teachers to carry on professional development.Some strategies are put forward for teachers to make use of the subject teaching website:first,with the help of the subject website,to enhance lifelong leaning ability;second,to make use of the network platform to make themselves become "informational" teachers;third,to make use of the subject teaching website,Network collaboration between schools and research.The professional development of history teachers in secondary schools is an important way to enhance the quality of teachers in history education,and it is also the basic way to enhance history education and teaching.By studying the effect of subject teaching website on the professional development of history teachers in middle schools,this paper provides a practical method for the professional development of history teachers in middle schools. |
