The discourse of undergraduates' ideological and political education regards college students as educational object and refers to the linguistic symbols used in organizing the practical work and activities of ideological and political education,as one of the media of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,its effectiveness is an important symbol to measure the realization of the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Introducing the inter-subjectivity which belonged to the category of philosophy originally into the study of effectiveness in the discourse of undergraduates' ideological and political education,it can re-examining the relationship between educators and educatees,and highlighting the subjective status of educators,then giving them sufficient discourse room,in the mutual communication and understanding,they have emotional resonance and reach consensus,in order to solve the problems that the discourse of traditional ideological and political education had little effect.Based on the colleges empirical investigation,this paper finds that some deficient effectiveness problems including insufficient teaching discourse agility,weak coaching discourse and inadequate attention to campus culture propaganda discourse,etc.in contemporary undergraduates' ideological and political education based on a questionnaire survey,these problems are affected by the following four aspects,the relative lag in the development of ideological and political education discourse theory,the infiltration of the Western ideology,the incompleteness of online information,and the lack of cognitive and communication skills of ideology and political educators.But it all comes down to lack of inter-subjectivity between educators and educatees.Improving the effectiveness of the undergraduates' discourse of ideological and political education from the perspective of inter-subjectivity,it mainly through the following several paths,the first is to establish ideological and political education discourse thinking guided by inter-subjectivity,the second is to optimize the content of ideological and political education discourse based on the inter-subjectivity,and the third is to innovate the mode of ideological and political education discourse supported by the inter-subjectivity,these three ways go forward side by side to form a discourse resultant force,it can improve the effectiveness of the undergraduates' discourse of ideological and political education,and then achieve the goal which is to foster virtue through education,enhance our students' well-rounded development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities well and quickly.This can be conducive to the smooth implementation and further perfection of ideological and political education practice and workers in universities,it also facilitates the all-round development of undergraduates and helps to enhance the emotional communication between teachers and students,which can establish a healthy and harmonious teacher-student relationship.
