Now after 90 college students occupy the absolute subject for undergraduate education. Because our country after 90 college students born has to enjoy the fruits of reform and opening up, excellent family environment relative to the complex social environment, to this generation of college students made different from any previous era students. In the face of this special education object after 90 college students, education should meet the needs of its growth and development, and not immutable and frozen to apply previous inherent education strategy.This paper is divided into five parts:the first is the introduction part,the background,related to the subject of the theory is summarized,related to the subject of the theory is summarized,and the definition of related concepts.The second part,is mainly to study and summarize the theory and the practice development theory,culture quality education of college students and college students cultural quality education.The third part is through the method of questionnaire investigation and interview on the status of the quality education of college students after 90 investigation,investigation content includes culture quality awareness,campus environment, personal values,andcultural quality of teaching situation and the cultural quality education approaches five generous face.The fourth part,analyzes from five aspects of cultural quality education of college students after 90 problems,to explore the cause of the problem.The last part,from the five aspects put forward related countermeasure of cultural quality education of college students after 90.Through research,to improve students cultural quality,further help the post-90s college students to establish a correct outlook on life and values.
