The Study Of Present Condition,Problems And Countermeasure Of Cultural Quality Education Curriculum In Shanxi Higher Schools

As a result often years' sustained investigation, cultural quality has become an important part of the Chinese present higher education. Cultural quality is a new kind of educational ideology and concept. Education implementation needs put curriculum into effect, so does the education of cultural quality, which is a changing discourse from idea to reality. Therefore, if one wants to carry out the cultural quality education in higher education, the study of the concept of cultural quality education and discussion of cultural quality curriculum are necessary.The study, which was attended by 16 high schools that have awarding right of academic degree and was studied basically by means of cultural quality curriculum, carried out an overall practical investigation. The purpose of this study is to grasp the real developing condition of cultural quality education in Shanxi higher schools, to find out key problems , to develop further study in it, then propose the feasible suggestion to the cultural quality education of Shanxi higher schools, and to provide the foundation of higher administration department.For to a certain degree, the study method and procedure is decided by study topic, this paper was a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and it mainly adopted some ways and means, such as text diagnoses history comparison and etc. Department responsible for the educational work guide, promote , fulfill and ensure the development of cultural quality education, and meanwhile, departments responsible for the educational work in each school fulfill the curriculum of cultural quality education. Through the analysis of policy version, questionnaire and interview, we did an on-the-spot investigation to university students, teachers and teaching administration personnel, and on the basis of it we arrange the real condition of cultural quality education in Shanxi higher schools.
