Sports is an important part of education,and PE teachers undertake an important mission to improve students' health and cultivate their overall development.In our country education reform actual needs and the current teacher education field in various aspects of the situation.,how can PE teachers achieve the professional level required by curriculum reform to become the focus of social attention.Through the research on the professional cognition and development of the PE teachers in Huangshan senior school,this paper has an important practical significance to solve the above problems.This paper adopts the method of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to carry out the investigation and analysis of Huangshan senior high school PE teachers.This paper discusses the present situation and existing problems of the professional knowledge and development of PE teachers.,and the aim is to provide some theoretical reference for the professional development of the PE teachers in Huangshan senior high school.The conclusions are as follows:1.Huangshan high school physical education teachers have a clear understanding of the nature of specialization.Professional basic knowledge pays attention to sports injury treatment and first aid.However,there is insufficient understanding of the professional lifelong learning and periodical development of PE teachers.2.Huangshan senior high school physical education teacher's public basic knowledge is more extensive.Huangshan senior high school sports teachers are more widely public basic knowledge,basic specialized knowledge focus on sports injury treatment and first aid,etc.However,the knowledge of scientific research methods and sports anatomy is weak.The professional knowledge pays more attention to the school physical education teaching,the teaching training theory and so on.But the sports regulations and morals,the school sports club organization and the operation attention is not high.3.Huangshan senior high school PE teacher pay attention to the professional skills such as formation transformation,broadcasting,basic skills of running and jumping,and basketball and volleyball skills.And pay attention to teaching demonstration ability,teaching design ability,communication ability between teachers and students, traditional project skills and teaching research ability.4.The development opportunity,professional title evaluation and treatment of high school physical education teachers in Huangshan are weaker than other subjects.The path of professional development of teacher education is relatively simple.The way to improve their professional competence is the communication between colleagues and school-based training.5.The social reasons affecting the professional development of high school PE teachers in Huangshan city mainly lie in the low investment in the construction of teachers and the lack of financial guarantee.The professional level is low,the teacher professional organization strength is weak.The main reason of the school lies in the curing of teacher evaluation system,the lack of teachers' foreign exchange opportunities,and the lack of the construction of teachers' resource base.The teacher's own reason lies in the lack of professional consciousness and insufficient research ability of teachers.
