As an important part of school management,class management is an important part of school education.The construction of school spirit is inseparable from class management.Only by doing well in the construction of class management can we ensure the smooth progress of school education activities.At the same time,the self-management of students,as an advanced method of class management,can free the head teacher from the daily management of the class,which is not only conducive to the self-exercise and cultivation of students,but also to the development of various educational activities in the school.Class self-management refers to allowing students to participate in various activities of class management under the guidance of teachers and on the premise that students have self-management awareness.Many schools now advocate the class self-management model,but there are many problems in the actual management,because schools and teachers have many blind spots and misunderstandings in the practice of the student self-management model,and do not grasp the boundaries of student self-management.When implementing the self-management mode,the corresponding self-management system and evaluation system should be formulated and strictly implemented.This not only cultivates students' self-management awareness,but also improves students' self-management ability.On the basis of collating domestic and foreign research literature,this research takes middle and upper grade students of Q primary school as an example,through questionnaires and interviews,to understand the current situation of self-management of middle and upper grade students in Q primary school,and to understand some teachers' ideas of self-management of middle and upper grade students.and opinions,and from the following three perspectives: the analysis of self-management awareness,self-management ability,and self-management methods.At present,there are four main problems in the class self-management of middle and senior primary school students: teachers and students' self-management awareness is weak,and students' self-management awareness is weak.The ability of self-management is insufficient,the construction of class organization is not perfect,and the evaluation mechanism of class self-management is single.Based on the analysis of the four major causes of the lack of unity of self-management awareness of teachers and students,the lack of training of students' self-management ability,the imperfect class management system,the lack of clear goals,and the lack of an effective self-management evaluation mechanism in the class,four strategic suggestions are put forward: The improvement of literacy and the renewal of ideas,the cultivation of students' self-management awareness and ability,the improvement of the class' s self-management system,and the improvement of the class' s self-management teacher and student evaluation system.
