Research On The Reform Of The Table Tennis Super League And Its Influence Based On The Historical Evolution Perspective

In order to deeply understand the impact and characteristics of the CTTSL reform,we will explore the laws and trends of the CTTSL reform,explore the reform path and suggestions.Using literature research methods,interview methods,text analysis methods,and other research methods,from the background and purpose of the establishment of the CTTSL,sort out the evolution of the CTTSL,and with the expert opinions,explore the reforms that have a major impact on the CTTSL.The characteristics of the three reforms were summarized from terms of background,purpose,and process;the law of reform was explored in terms of schedule,timing of reforms,and number of teams;the reform trend was explored from five different perspectives;and five different targeted reform proposals were proposed.Through research the following conclusions:(1)The reform of the CTTSL is mainly focused on the reform of the competition system represented by the competition stage and competition methods,as well as the reform of exchange forms based on athletes' lending,joining,and transfer.The impact of different reforms is not the same.The impact on the course of the game,the impact on the league schedule,the game time and the introduction of internal aid exchanges,foreign aid and other aspects.(2)The process of the reform of the CTTSL presents the characteristics of small changes and great changes;the characteristics of the reform programs and effects are clearly demonstrated and the results are immediate;“active” reforms are the main,and “passive” reforms are supplemented by the reforms specialty.(3)The rules for the change in the number of teams in the CTTSL reform are “relatively stable”,and they have been maintained at 10(±2)levels.The law of changes in the season length is “more controllable” except for the Olympic Games;the rules of the CTTSL reform that is “special” reforms appear in the “special” period.(4)The trend of the CTTSL reform at the level of the competition is “the emphasis on competitiveness and improvement of the appreciation of the unity of the game”;on the competitive level,it is expressed as “combining the emphasis on the whole with the prominent individual”;on the external level,it is expressed as “the long-term opening and the short-term closure phase."Coordination" is expressed at the regulatory level as “complementary market means and administrative means” and at the distribution level as “the balance between national interests and team interests”.(5)In response to the problems in the reform of the CTTSL,the proposal for the schedule was “Staggering the International Contest and Reasonably Arranging the Match”;the proposal for the image was “pay attention to team culture and enhance the image of the league”;the suggestion for signing-up was “release Initiatives to promote the development of common development policies”;the proposal for rights is “coordination of rights distribution,and strive to benefit from multiple parties”;the status of the proposal is “deepening the selection reform,highlighting the status of the league”.
