Research On The Symbiosis Development Of Sports Social Organizations And Urban Residents In Zunyi City

With the widespread implementation and development of t-he national fitness program in China and the vigorous development of sports i-ndustry,sports social organizations usher in a huge developmental opportunities and space.Over the past ten years,the number of sports social organizations in Zunyi City has increased year by year,and in the National Fitness Program（2016-2020）of Zunyi City,it is proposed to vigorously develop sports social organizations and fully implement the“3+X”model of sports social organizatio-ns.The contribution of the Zunyi Sports Social Organization to the developme-nt of the national fitness program and the development of the sports industry deserves recognition.However,in general,the level of development has yet to be improved and the existing problems need further study and resolution.The real development of sports social organizations and social undertakings is not u-nilateral.It is more reflected in the interaction between organizations and resid-ents,and manifested by the supply and demand of sports resources as a link,the physical activity as a medium of interaction,forming a certain relationship between organizations and residents.Only when the relationship formed betwee-n sports social organizations and residents is in a state of harmony,can we pr-omote common development.Nowadays,under the opportunity for the develop ment of sports social organizations,how to overcome their own shortcomings,deal with the relationship with residents,build a relatively harmonious environ-ment,and continue to forge ahead with innovation are of great significance in promoting the healthy and orderly development of sports social organizations a nd residents.Therefore,in this study,the symbiotic theory is used to study and discuss-both theoretically and empirically the symbiosis between sports social organiza-tions and residents based on the relationship between them,and to interpret th-e conditions for the formation of symbiotic relations and analyse the theoretica l-ly possible symbiosis among them from the perspective of organizational sym bi--osis and behavioral symbiosis.Based on this,symbiotic relationship formed between sports social organizations and urban residents in Zunyi City is empiri cal-ly analyzed.The research results show that sports social organizations and r esidents have the conditions for the formation of a symbiotic relationship;the symbiosis system formed by sports social organizations and residents in Zunyi City has three symbiotic states,namely S₁₃（P₁,Q₃）,S₂₃（P₂,Q₃）,and S₃₃（P₃,Q₃）,the main symbiotic state is S₂₃（P₂,Q₃）,and the symbiotic system has a tendency to the development with integration,symmetry and reciprocati-on.Th e factors constraining its development are the lack of symbiosis unit itself and the unsatisfactory symbiotic environment.Therefore,the following suggestio-ns were made:First,the symbiosis unit should be optimized from the aspects of strengthening the construction of sports social organizations themselves and str engthening external guidance and incentives for residents.Second,improve th--e symbiosis environment,increase government support to ensure the developm-ent of sports social organizations;encourage social participation and enhance s-elf-organization awareness of residents’sports activities.
