The basic unit of the school is composed of each independent class,and the management level of each class directly affects the overall management effect of the school.The level of class management directly influences the education effect of the school.It is the objective demand of school management and class management in the new era to master the status quo of class management,analyze existing problems and propose research solutions.Secondary vocational school orientation and attribute determines the training of professional talents is the main task and direction,but each professional direction of the secondary vocational school is different,so the requirement of students are not the same,we can't manage in accordance with the same model,therefore,we should not only make students learn professional skills,and to make them learn self-management,to go to society to lay a solid foundation.We must explore the teaching and management rule of secondary vocational school,should not only about the experience of the secondary vocational school class management at home and abroad for reference,and combining the actual situation of our school flexible use,to ensure that the secondary vocational school of management and synchronization of the world,meet the need of social development,cultivate the talents can meet the demand of era,schools should also constantly improve the construction of class management,make the management more orderly.Therefore,the author combined with own work units,in dalian as an example to carry out the class management model art school subject to study,in combing the current situation of dalian art school class management model on the basis of the analysis of existing problems,and further analyze the related factors affecting the effects of class management,explore the traditional management and promote the secondary vocational school class autonomous management,effective methods and the combination of the path.The author designs the questionnaire from the aspects of daily management,class organization construction,class activity and class culture.According to the research needs,a total of 600 copies of the management questionnaire for secondary vocational schools were distributed in dalian model art school,575 copies werecollected,540 valid questionnaires were collected,and the valid questionnaires reached 90%.Visited the head teacher of dalian model art school 15 students,20 students,listened to their ideas.Finally the author according to the valid questionnaires,combined with the interview results,to organize data collected information,the paper analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational school class management,the existing problems,and finally puts forward the strategy.The main problems of class management in vocational school are: first,class management concept and method lag;Second,the head teacher's management ability is insufficient;Thirdly,there are defects in the evaluation mechanism of the head teacher;Fourth,the role of students in class management is not fully played;Fifth,the class management culture construction is not comprehensive and the system;Sixth,the diversity of social thought and evaluation caused the confusion of class management consciousness.The main reasons for these problems are: first,the traditional class management concept lags behind the development of the society;Second,the headteacher lacks the spirit of active learning;Thirdly,the unreasonable evaluation mechanism has inhibited the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the headteacher.Fourth,students lack sufficient ability to manage the class;Fifth,the role of cultural construction in class management is slow.With the study in-depth and popularity of the modern education concept,people have realized about the above problem can't just stay in the theoretical research level,and to actively explore and practice,both to keep and carry forward the advantages of the traditional class management mode,also want to give full play to the students' enthusiasm and initiative,to overcome the traditional management mode of centralized and the defect of one-way management,so that the students can adapt to the traditional management mode,obey the management,also want to let them use your imagination and creativity,enhance the level of class management in an all-round way.First,the class management of secondary vocational schools should be people-oriented and carry forward innovation;Second,class management of secondary vocational schools can try and explore the combination of traditional management and "autonomous management";Third,the class management of secondary vocational schools to strengthen the leading role of the head teacher;Fourth,the class management of the vocational school should improve the professional ethics,psychological quality and business ability of the head teacher;Fifth,the class management of the secondary vocational schools should aim at the characteristics of the school,and improve the evaluation mechanism of the head teacher;Sixth,the classmanagement of secondary vocational schools should fully recognize and develop students' specialty;Seventh,the class management of secondary vocational schools should build a distinctive class culture;The eighth is the management of school,family and social forces.This article is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the question;The core concept definition and theoretical foundation of class management in vocational school;Summary of domestic and foreign research achievements;Research significance.The second part is the class management survey and interview analysis.The third part is the problem of class
