Education is an important way to improve the overall quality of the broad masses of the people,to promote the comprehensive development of individual comprehensive quality,to be an important foundation for national rejuvenation and social progress,and a glorious cause that is decisive for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Rural primary school teachers play an important and positive role in promoting rural education.Positive psychology includes Well-being.Improving rural primary school teachers' professional well-being helps to improve their recognition for professions and enhance their work enthusiasm,further to increase educational output.This paper is based on the fact that the party and the country attach importance to the development of education and teachers' professional well-being,the new contradictions and new developments of the country affect the professional well-being of teachers,the educational subjects shoulder the responsibility of education development,and improve the professional well-being of rural primary school teachers to promote the development of education.To analyze what factor influence rural primary school teachers' professional well-being,for propose relevant measures to improve their professional well-beingThe results show that,in general,the rural primary school teachers have a good level of professional well-being,but there are still teachers with low levels of professional well-being.Then,the paper combines rural primary school teachers' real work condition and the data to conclude that the factors affecting the professional well-being of rural primary school teachers,which include individual,occupation,organization,urbanization,society and country,elt.Therefore,the paper proposes measures to improve the professional well-being of rural primary school teachers from four levels: country,society,school and individual.Strengthen the foundation of the country from the macroscopic aspect,further enhance the national comprehensive strength to promote the rural economic development,and implement the national education policy to rural areas.Then expand the power of the society,there are four aspects to promote,it's from the urbanization to help rural primary school teachers career development,improve the social status of rural primary school teachers,parents' recognition and family support for ruralprimary school teachers work to stimulate the motivation.In order to help rural primary school teachers to grow and improve,we puts forward that rural primary schools should implement the people-oriented scientific management,further implement and broaden ways to enhance our work capabilities,and reasonably arrange the teaching tasks of rural primary school teachers.It is the most effective way to improve the professional happiness of rural primary school teachers to maintain the individual source and start from oneself.Then,we put forward four countermeasures that rural primary school teachers should actively adjust their own mentality,let them get the feeling of satisfaction and gain;strive to improve their personal comprehensive quality,let them get a sense of accomplishment,and set up the lofty professional outlook of rural primary school teachers,let them get dignity.However,this study has shortcomings such as incomplete factors,insufficient sample representation,lack of longitudinal research and personal ability.In view of these shortcomings,we put forward the prospect of the future study of the party.
