| Genetics,environment,education and individual subjective initiative are the factors that affect a person’s physical and mental development,while environmental factors often act on the individual through subtle ways,which includes the material environment and psychological environment.The environment of kindergarten,especially the psychological environment,although it is invisible,it does not affect the children’s emotion,communication behavior and the development of personality,and affects the teachers’ teaching and children’s learning.In the process of education modernization,with people’s continuous exploration of the relationship between children’s development and environment,the problem of psychological environment creation has attracted more and more attention from preschool education workers.However,how to create a psychological environment conducive to children’s physical and mental development,it is not only a theoretical problem,but also an urgent practical problem that needs to be solved.This paper compiled a questionnaire from six dimensions: teacher cognition,teacher-child interaction,teacher-child interaction,teacher-teacher interaction,teacher and parents interaction,and teaching activity atmosphere.The convenient sampling method was used to survey 137 teachers in 5 kindergartens in Hantai District,Hanzhong city,Shaanxi Province,supplemented by interview and observation method.It was found that,in general,teachers attach great importance to the creation of the psychological environment in kindergartens in terms of cognition,as evidenced by their ability to maintain a certain frequency of interaction in interpersonal relationships and their strong initiative in creating a good atmosphere for teaching and learning activities.However,there are the following problems: First,teachers have the contradiction between ideal and reality in the cognition of the psychological environment;Second,there are many problems in interpersonal relationship,including the obstacles of teacher-child interaction,the low quality of teacher interaction,the lack of effective communication and the lack of communication on teaching activities;Third,the inaccurate grasp of "degree" in the atmosphere of teaching activities.In view of the above problems,three suggestions are put forward on the basis of analysis and discussion: First,constantly stimulate teachers’ initiative in creating the psychological environment;Second,teachers should establish the correct interpersonal concept and promote interpersonal harmony;Third,encourage teachers to enhance the comprehensive ability to create the teaching atmosphere. |
