| At present,there are more than 3.3 million rural teachers in our country.They shoulder the mission of educating hundreds of millions of rural students and the task of improving the quality of rural population.The party and the state have always attached great importance to the construction of rural teachers,and have taken a series of policy initiatives in stabilizing and expanding the scale,improving the treatment level,strengthening training.The rural teachers have undergone tremendous changes,and the quality of rural education has been significantly improved.However,due to the imbalance of urban and rural development,the inconvenience of transportation and geographical conditions,the poor school conditions and other factors,rural teachers are still faced with such outstanding problems as the lack of professional attraction,the lack of supplementary channels and the unreasonable structure.Rural teachers are in urgent need of support and help from all sides.There are many factors that influence and restrict the development of rural teachers.The solution to these problems cannot rely solely on the education sector,but requires a full-society resultant force to form a social support system.Based on the above reasons,this study takes rural teachers in China as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire method and interview method.Taking 186 rural teachers from Xiying Town,Jinan City,Shandong Province and Yeyuan Town,Weifang City,Shandong Province as samples,the main focus is on the current government and non-governmental organizations,schools and villages provide rural teachers with the status quo of social support,the use of social network theory of the relationship between strength and weakness,social resources,social capital and structural hole theory are used to analyze the problems and causes of rural teachers’ social support in China.It is found that: at present,the satisfaction degree of rural teachers’ social support is on the low side,the strength of rural teachers’ social support is insufficient,the rural teachers’ social support is systematic and inadequate,and the operation is not strong.On this basis,the principles of constructing rural teachers’ social support network are discussed,and the specific path of constructing rural teachers’ social support network is analyzed.The main ways are as follows: the government should increase the resource supply of rural teachers’ social support and improve the supporting effect of laws and policies;NGOs should enhance their interaction with society and innovate forms of NGOsupport;At the school level,we should promote the psychological ownership and professional development of rural teachers and increase the resource supply of rural teachers.At the rural level,we should improve the living environment of rural teachers,provide rural teachers with a suitable place to live,and actively participate in school activities for rural teachers and their parents,so as to enhance their understanding and recognition of rural teachers. |
