The promulgation of high school physics curriculum standard announces that our senior high school physics education will be centered on cultivating the core quality of physics,and scientific inquiry is an important part of the core quality of physics,which is bound to be carried out in textbooks and practical teaching.What are the new ideas of scientific exploration under the idea of cultivating the core quality of physics?The main resource of scientific inquiry in practical teaching is textbook,the high school physics textbook which is used in our country for ordinary high school is based on the previous version of the curriculum standard,how to draw close to the scientific research in the idea of cultivating the core accomplishment under the existing conditions,what is the merit of the textbooks currently used?How does the textbook as an important teachingresource organize and present scientific inquiry to be advantageous to the achievement of the goal?Based on the above questions,taking the high school physics curriculum standard,clarifying the connotation and requirement of scientific inquiry,basing on the theory of constructivism,developing psychology and so on,combining with the concrete present situation of the scientific inquiry content in each column in the textbook,constructing the comparative model,In contrast to the quantitative and qualitative combination of the contents of scientific inquiry in different editions of textbooks,the author explores its teaching value and,based on the conclusions obtained,helps teachers re-examine the relevant contents in the textbook from the angle of cultivating the core quality of physics,and provides some references for the teachers to carry out scientific inquiry activities.It can also provide suggestions for the presentation of scientific research content in textbooks.At the same time,it provides some references for the teachers to carry out the scientific inquiry activities,and also textbook of PEP and Shanghai Science and Technology Press.The research process is divided into four parts:theoretical foundation,model construction,comparative study and conclusion suggestion.The first part is the theoretical basis.This paper sums up the connotation of scientific inquiry and the specific requirements related to scientific inquiry in high school physics curriculum standards,clarifies the relationship between scientific inquiry and physical core quality,combs the relevant research at home and abroad,understands the present research situation,and sums up the significance and value of the comparative study of scientific inquiry content in textbooks from the presentThe second part is the process of constructing a model.According to the related theory of developmental psychology and misconstruction theory,combining with the relevant requirements of the high school physics curriculum standards,as well as the textbook of PEP and Shanghai Science and Technology Press elective module,the paper determines the relative dimension and dimension index,and constructs the comparative model of scientific inquiry.Part three is the comparative study.This paper compares the scientific content of the electromagnetism of the textbook of PEP and Shanghai Science and Technology Press with six aspects,such as the Content object distribution,the text presentation mode,the activity mode,the open level and the scientific inquiry element,from the scientific inquiry column and the scientific inquiry comparison model.Part four is concluding recommendations.Based on the comparison of the two editions of the textbook,the author draws six conclusions and puts forward some suggestions for the editor of physics textbooks and the teachers of senior high school physics.Through the comparative analysis of the two editions of the textbooks of the electromagnetic part of the scientific research,the main conclusions are as follows.Firstly,from the number of columns in the textbooks,the textbook of Shanghai Science and Technology Press is slightly more than PEP.And Shanghai Science and Technology Press of the textbooks in the distribution is more balanced.In the textbooks of Shanghai Science and Technology Press set more columns of scientific inquiry.Secondly,from the perspective of the distribution of the content objects of scientific research we can find that two editions of textbooks in the physical concepts and laws and experiments and other learning content distributed a large number of scientific research.The textbook of PEP pay more attention to set in the physical experiment inquiry activities,the textbook of Shanghai Science and Technology Press set more scientific research of the history of physics and STS.Thirdly,the textbook of Shanghai Science and Technology Press is more abundant in the way of present the scientific inquiry than PEP.The textbook of PEP present the scientific inquiry activity by the way of picture combine with form.The textbook of Shanghai Science and Technology Press use more physical drawings than PEP.It also show a variety of forms of application methods.Forth:as the way of scientific inquiry activity,the two editions of textbooks have the most scientific inquiry activities in the field of Electromagnetism,the least of which is the survey class.There are more scientific studies on the exchange of the textbook of PEP than the popular science activities,but in the textbook of Shanghai Science and Technology Press the popular science activities are more than the exchange classes.As the open level of scientific inquiry,there are low level scientific inquiry activity mostly which is lack of autonomy in the textbook of PEP and the Shanghai Science and Technology Press textbook.In the textbook of PEP takes the open level as the Level 2 scientific inquiry mainly,second is the Level 1 scientific inquiry,the high opening levelscientific inquiry is few.In the Shanghai Science and Technology Press textbook level 1 is mainly.It designed a large number of high open level of scientific inquiry,and different open level of scientific inquiry distribution is more uniform.it also pay attention to the gradual arrangement of scientific inquiry.At last compared with the elements of scientific inquiry,the two editions of textbooks have involved in four factors,such as proposing questions,making plans,designing and exploring,analyzing and demonstrating,discussing and exchanging,and the hypotheses and assumptions and evaluation elements are rarely involved.The textbook of PEP is less designed in the aspect of collecting evidence,the elements of communication and cooperation the Shanghai Science and Technology Press textbook are less.
