In 2014,the "3+3" model of the new college entrance examination reform was piloted in Zhejiang and Shanghai.In 2017,the new college entrance examination model is gradually being promoted nationwide.This reform is a great change in our education system,giving students the right to learn and test.However,students generally lack the awareness and ability to choose.Under this background,the career planning education in senior high school has aroused widespread concern in the society,and career planning education in subject teaching is one of the effective measures to promote this reform.High school geography teaching infiltrate career planning education,cultivate students' professional consciousness,help students establish career ideals,improve their life planning ability,improve their accuracy in selecting subjects,and point out directions for future career development of students.Penetration career planning education in geography teaching is the requirements of the high school curriculum standard and the new college entrance examination reform,to cultivate core geographic literacy of students,to cultivate the students' ability of career planning,and conducive to the development of geography,it is ordinary high school students generally lack of consciousness of career planning needs to reality.This paper adopts the method of literature review,summarized the research status of the domestic and foreign high school occupation career planning education,understand the research background and significance,defines the related concepts of occupation career planning education,summed up in high school geography teaching theory,occupation career planning education goals and content.This paper analyzes the current situation of career planning education in high school geography teaching by questionnaire,analyzes the contents of career planning education in the textbooks of people's education,and explores the penetration strategies of career planning teaching in high school geography teaching.It also designs the case of career planning education in the way of role simulation,job penetration and test question penetration.Based on the characteristics of geography,this paper explores the penetration strategy of education in the career planning of high school geography teaching with the help of career planning theory,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The new college entrance examination model requires the abolition of the arts and Sciences Division,the students choose the academic level examination subjects independently,and the university enrolls the candidates according to the "two basis and one reference".Students' professional consciousness and preliminary career planning ability are the premise and foundation of the accurate choice.It is very important to cultivate students' professional career awareness,to set up a correct career ideal,and to make the students have a preliminary career planning ability.(2)Education has formed a distinctive system in the high school stage of the developed countries represented by the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom.However,Chinese students lack the theoretical foundation of career planning and generally do not have the ability of career planning.A variety of forms of career planning education for students,American high school geography textbooks penetrated career education by setting up career columns.However,there is no introduction of professional content in Chinese high school geography textbooks,and most high school schools do not offer career courses.(3)Teenagers in high school are in the exploratory stage of career development.They begin to make tentative choices for future careers combined with their interests,hobbies and specialties,so they need to have preliminary career planning skills.In high school geography teaching permeate career planning education can meet students' needs for their interests,career aspirations,professional values and career choices.(4)The analysis of the results of the questionnaire shows that high school students generally lack career planning education and have no correct career ideals.But most students know the importance of career planning.They hope that teachers can introduce the related professional information in various ways so that students can understand the social profession.It lays the foundation for the future career development decision.(5)The education of career planning in high school still faces the problems of imperfect guarantee mechanism,lack of professional teachers,lack of time and imperfect material for career education and so on.Seize the opportunity to revise the new college entrance examination reform and new curriculum standards,by reorganizing geography teaching materials,setting up professional columns,adding school based curricula of geography and career,creatively using professional role playing and situational teaching,attaching importance to professional experience,increasing the vocational career theory and practice of geography teachers,and making a career in the profession.In order to achieve better educational effect,the career education should be included in the education goal,and the attention of the society,school and geography teachers,students and parents to the high school students' career education is emphasized.
