Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Development Of Digital Community Education

With the development of our society,school education is far from satisfying people's growing spiritual and cultural needs.President Xi also emphasizes the importance of building a learning society where everyone learns,learn everywhere and learn all the time.Community education is an important part of a learning society.In order to adapt to social development and meet people's learning needs,the digitalized community education with information technology came into being.Digital community education in our country is still in the stage of development,all aspects are not mature,therefore,analysis of the factors influencing the development of digital community education,and puts forward the reasonable development strategy,improve the development status of digital community education,construction has important theoretical value and practical significance to the formation and development of learning society in the community education.In order to further study the influencing factors of the development of digital community education,this study has consulted a large number of related literature,and combined with questionnaires,interviews and empirical research methods.First,On the basis of literature research,this paper discusses the research significance,background,research status and research ideas,defines related concepts,and introduces the connectivism and learning to accept model theory as the theoretical support of motivation theory and technology;secondly,through literature review and interviews,put forward 9 the factors influencing the development of Digital Community Education: performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence,convenience,educational resources,residents' willingness to use education platform,team building and the national government,assuming that their mutual influence relations between the constructs relationship model of influencing factors of the development of digital community education;according to the relationship between the model assumptions,respectively for 9 a variable can be measured to design variables,and the questionnaire factors influence the development of digital community education,before the formal investigation The questionnaire for pretest,analysis of the data using SPSS,does not meet the reliability and validity of the items were revised,in Ji'nan communities questionnaire;thirdly,using the structural equation model of factors affecting the development of digital community education to establish AMOS software,through the statistics and analysis of data,analyze,and changes to the conceptual model,and draw the final conclusion;finally,the development of digital community education strategy was put forward according to the conclusion.The results show that:(1)effort expectancy,performance expectancy,social impact,convenience,educational resources,residents' willingness to use,education platform,team building and nine variables of national government all have a positive impact on the development of digital community education.Among them,the development of the digital community education is directly affected by the team building,the willingness of the government and the residents to use,effort expectancy,performance expectancy,social influence,facilitating conditions affect the development of digital community education by residents willingness to use,education resources and education platform can not only directly affect on the development of digital community education,can also be willing to develop digital community education indirectly through use of residents.(2)among the factors affecting the development of digital community education,the education platform and the educational resource layer have the greatest impact on the development of digital community education.Finally,according to the results of the research,we put forward the strategy: pay attention to the community residents,emphasize the people-oriented,put the education platform and educational resources in the first place;pay attention to the policy improvement,team management and publicity and promotion.The aim is to promote the development of digital community education and realize a learning society.
