| Nowadays, under the background of lifelong education, teacher training is not only the key to improve the quality of education, also the effective ways to improve the teachers' quality. Particularity and facts in the rural primary and secondary school determine training for teachers is playing an indispensable role in rural primary and secondary school in improving teachers' quality and educational quality.Needs analysis for training as a first step in modern teacher training system take an important effect in training for the teachers in the rural primary and secondary school,knowing about real teachers' training needs has a positive significance on perfecting teachers' training mechanism.In this paper, teachers training needs of information in the rural primary and secondary school was collected separately in the following aspects: needs from training mission ,training organization and personal training ,which are on the basis of the investigation and analysis for current training situation in rural area, combining with the training of Panzhihua city in rural area through actual interview, questionnaire, literature research and theories with facts so on , in accordance with investigation and research of the data of schools(team) , and personal needs . And by analyzing ,there are proposals for training course setting ,training management, school and teachers.By means of research, conclusions are elicited as follows: (1) Training mission demands as the universal demand of rural teachers' training are a guiding role for organization(team) and personal needs .(2) Because of differences among needs from training mission ,training organization(team) and personal needs , to get training effect of value ,we need to seek common ground while reserving differences.(3) Both organization(team) and individual needs are showing the lack of need ,it is necessary to mobilize fully all aspects of dynamic factors to stimulate and guide them during training . |
