Sports the concept of new curriculum reform is the key to update must implement to PE teachers' classroom teaching behavior,but in the sports classroom teaching practice,ignoring the teaching details,the classroom teaching of superficial low or even negative effect of the teaching behavior emerge in endlessly,reduces the effect of physical education class teaching.Invalid sports classroom teaching behavior is refers to the physical education teachers out of class teaching activity shown by the influence of subjective factors in the process of the deviation from the teaching goal,against law,ignore the teaching object and teaching of explicit activity,low or even negative effect of the invalid teaching behavior,study the sports course,analysis of the causes and explore the resolution strategy,is the ultimate sports teaching goal,the key to physical education teaching task.This study through the questionnaire survey method,classroom observation and interview method to the elementary school sports classroom teaching behavior and the causes were analyzed,and the invalid and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,to promote the professional development of teachers,to improve the quality of the elementary school sports teaching,are now in the divided into the following four parts to discuss:The first part of the elementary school sports teaching behavior investigation,found the invalid teaching behavior are:the establishment of the teaching goal of a single,one-sided;Choice of teaching content;The preset teaching ability is not strong in the target is difficult to achieve;Inadequate preparation before class;Classroom import form a single,difficult to attract students;New opening takes up too much time.Dry preparation and students' enthusiasm is not high;Explain drab,regardless of primary and secondary language,expression is not fluent;Action demonstration unskilled,non-standard;Selection of practice inconsistent with learning,negative guidance;Inefficient interaction;Don't relax activity or class summary directly after class;After class single reflection Angle,depth,etc.The second part is the characteristics of the sports classroom teaching behavior invalid,including the inefficient use of time,the teaching purpose is not clear and low interaction effect three aspects.Inefficient use of time including the student's study time can't guarantee and the class time loss caused by improper teaching behavior.Teaching objectives are not clear statements including language behavior and action demonstration of heavy difficulty not outstanding,purposeful and targeted not strong,timing is not right,etc.Low interaction effects including guidance,ask questions,discuss and feedback behavior characteristics of did not achieve the desired effect.The third part is the elementary school sports class paper analyzes the causes of the invalid teaching behavior,including PE teachers' own factors,students,teaching content,teaching environment factors.To be specific,the sports teachers' factors include low level of the teaching idea of modern consciousness;Subject teaching knowledge is weak;The sense of responsibility and teaching self-efficacy is low;Teaching ability is not strong.Student who has bad factors including physical fitness,skills;Improper learning strategy choice;Too strong or too weak learning motivation;Learning interest is low;Passive participation enthusiasm is not high.Unreasonable teaching content factors include the number of teaching content and the content of pertinence is not strong;Difficulty with stylish degrees do not conform to the actual;The efficiency is not high,and is not in conformity with the student interest.Teaching environment factors including insufficient of facilities,equipments incomplete;The school of humanities environment influence and the restriction of regional climate.The fourth part is to improve the elementary school sports classroom teaching behavior strategy:invalid as a whole,the establishment of\"student-centered\"teaching ideas,improve sports teachers' autonomous learning consciousness;In particular,to determine the teaching objective comprehensive,reasonable choice of teaching content,strengthen the classroom preset ability;Strengthen the preparation before class,pay attention to the classroom import and create a learning atmosphere,accurate,standardized demonstration,practice methods should have pertinence,strengthening feedback to guide,improve the effect of interaction,pay attention to each student,do the relaxation activity in time and summarized;Deep,multi-angle reflection.
