| As one of the five major sports qualities of the human body,speed quality plays an important role in physical fitness training.Almost all sports include speed quality.Children and children at the age of 10-12 are sensitive periods of speed quality development,and children and adolescents aged 10-12 are a key stage in learning and mastering sports technology.Therefore,the study of the speed quality of students aged10-12 is the entry point of this study.In terms of training methods,this study selects functional strength training to apply to students’ speed quality training,in order to stabilize students’ core muscle groups,develop limb muscle strength,and promote coordination of various aspects of the body,so that students can master scientific sports techniques.Improve students’ ability to correctly complete exercise techniques in sports.Research purposes: To study the effect and time effect of Functional Strength Training on speed for 10-12 Younger Student.Research methods: 90 students aged 10-12 were selected as research subjects,and the literature data method and expert interview method were used to determine the indicators that can reflect the students’ speed quality.Ninety subjects were divided into three groups: functional strength group,traditional strength group,and regular physical education group.The training was conducted for a total of 12 weeks and tested every 4weeks.Test indicators before and after training: simple auditory response,simple visual response,30-meter run,50-meter run,10 high-lift legs.Research result:1.12 weeks of functional strength training can significantly improve students’ reaction speed,movement speed and movement speed;12-week traditional strength training can significantly improve students’ movement speed and movement speed;there is no significant change in the speed quality of students in the regular physical education group around 12 weeks..2.Compared with before the experiment,the movement speed and movement speed of the functional force group in the first to fourth week(the first stage)were significantly improved;the indicators in the traditional strength group did not change significantly.In the 5th-8th week(the second stage),the speed quality indicators of the functional strength group were significantly improved except for the simple visual response;the traditional strength group only had a 30-meter run and 10 high-lift legs.In the 9th to 12 th week(the third stage),the speed quality indicators of the functional strength group were significantly improved except for the simple visual response;the traditional strength group showed significant improvement in response to the reaction speed.3.In the 4.12 weeks of training,only the intervention method was significantly correlated with the speed.There was no significant correlation between gender and gender* intervention methods and speed.4.There are significant differences in the speed qualities of the three groups,and the functional strength group has the best experimental results.Among the five speed quality indicators,except for the visually simple response,there is no significant difference.In the simple auditory response,the experimental results of 50 meters,30 meters,and 10 high legs are: the functional strength group is better.Traditional strength groups and regular physical education groups.Analysis conclusion:1.Among the three groups,the functional strength group improves the response speed,movement speed and movement speed of students aged 10-12.Moreover,functional strength training is superior to traditional strength training in improving the motor skills,core stability,and joint flexibility of students aged 10-12.2.From the time effect of the impact on speed quality,in the first stage of training,the movement speed and movement speed of the students began to increase significantly;in the second stage,the reaction speed also increased significantly,and In each stage of training,functional strength training is superior to traditional strength training. |
