The physical and mental health of individuals is particularly crucial in high school.At this stage,the cognitive development of students has gradually matured and individual consciousness has become stronger and stronger.However,it is also accompanied by emotional instability and susceptibility to fluctuations.As a special education method in school education,physical education has an important and unique effect on the overall healthy development of students' physical and mental health.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish correct understanding of sports value in high school students and to form correct attitude towards sports.With the full implementation of the sports and health curriculum reform,many experts and scholars have focused their research on sports learning evaluation.Although relevant research has achieved preliminary results,most of these studies are superficial phenomena with strong theoretical and practical results,which cannot meet the practical needs of physical education and health curriculum development.The reform of physical education and health curriculum has had a strong impact on physical education teaching ideas and physical education teaching models.Traditional evaluation of physical education learning can no longer meet the development needs of physical education and health curriculum because of the limitations of evaluation concepts and evaluation contents.The "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards"clearly states that it is necessary to establish a multi-evaluation of physical education learning system that is conducive to the progress and development of students.Although the research on multi-evaluation of physical education learning has become a trend,it is extremely rare to combine it with the development of student sports attitudes.The innovative attempts of this study will not only help solve the difficulties in implementing the multi-evaluation of physical education learning program into the physical education teaching practice,but also provide certain countermeasures for the development of students' sports attitudes.This study elaborated on the theoretical study of the multi-evaluation of physical education learning program and sports attitudes,combined the practice of the multi-evaluation of physical education learning program with the development of sports attitudes,and designed a multi-evaluation of physical education learning program to study the diversity of sports.The learning evaluation program was applied to the effect of high school students' physical education attitude on the development of high school sports.In this study,students from two classes in a high school in a middle school in Nanjing were selected as experimental subjects,and they were divided into experimental classes using a multi-evaluation of physical education learning program and a control class using traditional evaluation of physical education learning to conduct an experimental study.The table is the main research and measurement tool,using literature research methods,teaching experiment methods,psychometric methods,and mathematical statistics methods.Through comparative analysis of the results of the control class and experimental class before and after the experiment,the following main conclusions are obtained:(1)There was no difference in sports attitudes between the control class and the experimental class before the experiment in the eight dimensions.After the experiment,the average score of the sports attitudes of the control class in each dimension did not change significantly compared with that before the experiment.After the experiment,the average score of the sports attitude of the experimental class in each dimension was much higher than that before the experiment,and was higher than the post-experimental control class.The level of sports attitude.(2)There was no significant difference in the sports attitude between the control class and experimental class students after the experiment.There was a significant difference in all other dimensions.This shows that after the experiment,the level of students' attitudes in the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the students in the control class.Sports attitude level.(3)Comparing the results before and after the experiment,there were no differences in the sports attitudes of the students of the contrasting classes before and after the experiment in all dimensions.In addition to the behavioral habitual dimensions,there were significant differences in the sports attitudes of the students in the experimental class before and after the experiment.The traditional sports learning evaluation methods used in the classes are obviously different from the multiple physical education learning evaluation programs used in the experimental classes.The multi-sport learning evaluation programs are superior to traditional sports learning evaluation methods.(4)Whether it is before or after the experiment,the emotional attitudes of all the participants in the control class and experimental class are ranked first in each dimension,and the emotional experience is always the first.It is in line with the evaluation philosophy of "multi-sports learning" to "focus on student development"and the goal of sports and health curriculum of "emotional attitudes and values".
