The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress emphasized that building a strong country of education is a fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Teachers are the source of education,the source of education,and an important cornerstone of national prosperity,national rejuvenation,and educational development.The key to running a basic education is to provide teachers with scientific management and effective incentives to promote teachers' role and increase their enthusiasm for work.At present,due to the unreasonable institutional mechanisms for teacher management and incentives,the power of ownership,financial power,and human rights are not unified.The school's system of teacher management and incentives is not sound enough,and the philosophy is relatively backward,which restricts teachers' incentives to some extent.In particular,if young teachers' motivation problems are not solved properly,they will hinder the professional development of teachers and thus affect the quality and development of schools.Therefore,the study of young teachers' motivation is a question that deserves research and attention.In this context,through the study of motivation theory,and taking the case of J District R,a young middle school teacher was the object of study,the basic situation of the teacher and the incentive status were examined,relevant questionnaires and interview outlines were designed,and data analysis was used.A series of analysis methods,such as law,literature analysis,and questionnaire analysis,have studied and analyzed the motivation of young teachers in middle schools.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the responsibility of young middle school teachers in the teaching activities of the school,including the motivation and teaching objectives.Through analysis,this paper puts forward the problems in the teacher incentive mechanism,analyzes the problem of teachers' insufficiency,and puts forward the thinking of solving the problem of teacher motivation.Through the study of the incentives for young teachers in middle schools,they have accumulated experience,but there are still many deficiencies.We should further strengthen the construction of teachers' incentive mechanism and provide strength for running high-quality and fair education.
