In the past swimming training process, coaches often took the training volume and training intensity as the focus of a training class. The physical and psychological fatigue brought to athletes by the long-term high intensity and large training volume is inevitable. If you ignore the fatigue after training for a long time, high intensity and large training volume are not only ineffective, but also may cause harm to the athlete’s body. Therefore, how to quickly eliminate these fatigue is particularly important. The purpose of this article is to study the changes of physiological and training indexes after high-intensity swimming training by studying the alternation of cold and hot water baths and equipment massage,so as to provide some references and suggestions for athletes in recovery.Research method: This article takes 12 swimming students from the Undergraduate School of Education of China Institute of Swimming as an object of study, and each experimental intervention is performed immediately after the subject has undergone moderate and high-intensity training.RPE value to monitor),the recovery method uses instrument massage, alternating hot and cold hydrotherapy and40%-60% intensity relaxation swim recovery. The detection indexes were heart rate, blood lactate,RPE value and muscle state. The time for detecting physical indicators was before training(at rest),immediately after training,6 minutes for experimental intervention,12 minutes for experimental intervention, and 18 minutes for experimental intervention. In order to ensure that the athlete’s body is in a non-fatigue state, the interval between the two tests is more than 48 hours.Research results:(1)Immediately after high-intensity training, using equipment to massage recovery can quickly reduce its muscle stiffness. This method can quickly make athletes’ muscles reach a better state, resulting in increased muscle tension, better elasticity, and reduced hardness.Conducive to athlete recovery. And this method has a good effect on the recovery of heart rate, core temperature and subjective fatigue, this method is not conducive to the rapid removal of lactic acid accumulation in the body.(2)Immediately after the high-intensity training, the recovery effect of the cold and hot water bath is not ideal for the subjects. This method is not satisfactory except for the recovery of heart rate and subjective fatigue. Therefore, this method is not recommended to eliminate the fatigue of swimmers after training and is not recommended.(3)Performing a traditional 40%-60% intensity relaxation swim immediately after high-intensity training can quickly clear the lactic acid accumulation in the body. This method also shows obvious effects on the recovery of core temperature and subjective fatigue, but it has a significant effect on muscle stiffness However, the recovery is not ideal. The reason may be that after the high-intensity training, the 40%-60% intensity relaxation swim recovery also keeps the body in a state of continuous exercise and work,so it does not allow the muscles to get sufficient.restore.
