Research On The Function Positioning And Reform Of The Shaanxi Student Sports Association

Based on the student sports association of shaanxi province as the research object,using the questionnaire survey,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation,literature and other research methods,understand the current basic situation of shaanxi student sports association,mainly including the history change of society,the structure of the organization,management,funds,activities,etc.And through the comparison with other departments and organizations function,find out the current problems of shaanxi student sports association functions and the influence factors of the sustainable development.The results show that:1.The student sports association is established with the approval of bureau of shaanxi province,but the nature of work and to have the physical nature of work,to a certain extent by the sports bureau of supervision and guidance,to a certain extent influence the full play of the division of duties and functions.2.The student sports association of shaanxi province on the functions of sports health and department of education and art education,and technology,education students secretariat,sports bureau and other departments and functional overlap between parts of the organization,and the main body function is not prominent,influencing the full play of the function.3.At present,there is only a third group of students' sports meeting in shaanxi province.To organize students' individual sports events and other sports activities;The fourth is to be responsible for the external liaison work with the Chinese college students' sports association,the China middle school students' sports association and the various provinces(cities)and the students' sports organizations of various countries;The organization participates in the international,domestic student games and various student's individual sports competitions and other sports activities.These two functions are fully utilized and other functions are not fully fulfilled.4.The student sports work of the student sports association of shaanxi province is the main body of work,and the primary and middle school students are their service objects,but the majority of teachers and students do not understand this social group.5.Disadvantages with the shaanxi provincial student sports association's internal organization personnel match problem,single source of funds and capital expenditure has no apparent review process,it can affect the function of student sports association play and performance of shaanxi province.6.In combination with the results of the study,from redefining the function of student sports association,strengthening shaanxi province association of independence and self-discipline,handle the relationship with other organizations,draw lessons from foreign mature experience for the improvement of the organizational structure,improve the staffs professional level,handle the relationship with other parts and organizational aspects are also proposed.
