With the rapid development of the Internet,adult learning has gradually become a matter of time and place constraints.The theory of self-regulated learning continues to develop in this social context.It believes that everyone has the ability to learn and is willing to learn.The problem is how to mobilize the learner's initiative.The integration of self-regulated learning theory and the Internet background is a product of a certain stage of social development.How to use theory to better promote practice is a major direction of our research.The essence of self-adjustment learning is to explain the subject's control over his or her own activities and the control of the subject(environment and other learners)as well as the autonomous mechanism of learning.The study of the subject cannot be defined as self-regulation.Learning,this learning is the process of the subject's continuous construction of the process of learning behavior.The individual first selects the learning task and,in the process of completing the learning task,continuously adjusts his/her own cognition,behavior,strategy,and environment through the progress of the task so that the task can achieve a better completion state.What cannot be neglected in the learning influencing factors is that individuals will be affected by the surrounding environment and other learners during the learning process.These factors will play a role in coordination before the subjects and tasks are completed.Starting from the characteristics of self-adjusting learning process,the author divides the learning activities into two major types:activity process stage and regulatory domain stage.The characteristics of these two types of learning models are analyzed,and a comprehensive theoretical model is formed at the base of the original model.This model is used for elemental analysis to illustrate the self-regulated learning theory in learning and the learning mechanism in learning.In view of this,this thesis starts from the self-regulatedtheoretical basis,the reflection of learning methods,and the characteristics of the Internet background,through the theoretical process of the learning theory from the beginning to the development so far;the aspect of the learning method dimension;the development of the learning model;the Internet Background The influence of the learning method;the application of research patterns in the study of suggestions,the five major sections to build the thesis chapter framework.The introduction of the full text introduces the research status of self-adjusting learning theory both at home and abroad.It also points out the research background and the significance of research.It defines the main learning concepts and clarifies the research ideas and methods.First of all,starting with the development of self-adjusting learning theory,we analyzed the learning models of Zimmerman,Bandura,Skinner and other researchers.Secondly,starting with the relationship between the characteristics and dimensions of self-regulated learning and learning styles in the context of the Internet,the development of self-adjusting learning theory was combed,and in the study of the self-regulated learning model developed in the traditional mode,the Internet-based adult was proposed.Four characteristics of the learning model:preplanning,monitoring,Control and reflection.In interaction with the characteristics of adult learning in the context of the Internet,individuals interact with self-regulated leaming.Finally,from the perspective of Internet background,the self-regulated learning in the adult education environment is discussed.Distribute and analyze the survey questionnaires,conduct a preliminary discussion on the learning process in terms of characteristics of adult self-regulated learning behaviors,changes in learning methods,use of learning strategies,etc.,and point out the current adult learning mechanism in the context of network development,and Based on this,it discusses the ways of adult self-regulated learning in the network environment.It is believed that learning the learners is a way of learning.Learning to learn is fundamental to the success of learning activities.The essence of learning to learn is to learn to self-regulate.The direction of China's education reform should focus more on the cognitive aspects of learners' learning methods,and enable learners to have a good grasp of their own learning activities and to play a self-managing role.
