With the promotion of the world education reform,the word "core literacy" has attracted the attention of all countries and scholars.With the need of social development,the cultivation of talents has also changed from knowledge to ability to accomplishment.In September 2016,the overall framework of "core literacy of Chinese students" was released,"stressing that students should have the necessary character and key ability to meet the needs of life-long development and social development".New development concept,the author of this paper,therefore,that coincide with the current curriculum reform in our country,to meet the current of each period of core literacy system urgent need,strive to for the construction of basic education stage in our country sports core literacy to provide certain theoretical reference.In this paper,we study the core accomplishment of high school students' sports,using literature,questionnaire,classroom observation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.First of all,by looking at the domestic and foreign literatures,the research results are classified and summarized,aiming at enriching the relevant theoretical system of sports core literacy.Secondly,according to the revised "list of high school students' sports core literacy" revised by China's ministry of education,the paper determines the dimension of sports ability,health behavior and sports morality,and completes the design of the questionnaire.Finally mainly using the method of questionnaire survey,combined with relevant data,in Qingdao city high school students,for example,present situation investigation by questionnaire,and analyzes its causes,and the cultivation of the core literacy of high school students sports pattern carries on the preliminary exploration,to develop a training plan.To provide theoretical reference and ideas for the school sports management department and the first-line PE teachers.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Through the investigation and analysis of the sports core literacy of high school students in Qingdao city,it is concluded that the overall athletic ability is poor.Embodied in the students' poor physical fitness,skills,the master is not ideal,rules of sports knowledge and grasp of the overall shortage,organizations to participate in the activities of sports ability is poorer,the ability to solve the problem of sports in general,lacking the ability to understand and enjoy sports,fitness plan with poor effect evaluation.2.Through the investigation and analysis of the core quality of high school students in Qingdao city,it is concluded that the overall quality of health behaviors is general,and the specific performance is not comprehensive;Most students will have sub-health;The ability of sportshealth behavior is better;The ability to correctly control the game emotion is better;The ability to form a healthy lifestyle is poor.3.Through the investigation and analysis of the sports core quality of high school students in Qingdao city,it is concluded that the sports moral quality is generally general.The concrete expression is the basic sports moral quality idea is higher;Ability to overcome difficulties;The ability to carry forward sportsmanship is very high;Under the influence of objective factors,students' ability to be responsible is very good.Under the influence of subjective factors,students' ability to be responsible is poor.4.Sports core literacy cultivation model building is a long-term accumulation system,practice,innovation project,according to the need for talents in our country at present stage and the characteristics of the students' own development,according to its stages for different grade training goal,the design principle of targeted training,integrate training content classification,seek diversified cultivation path,set up comprehensive evaluation model,tentatively build sports core literacy in high school.(1)in the training target,the grade is divided according to the grade,the first grade of high school is the environmental adaptation stage,the second grade of high school is the practical application stage,and the third grade of high school is the stage of communication and decompression.(2)in the training principle,divided into to improve and develop motor skills,is advantageous to the formation of physical exercise habits,to cultivate sports moral character,is advantageous to the sports culture inheritance,service for students' future life,lifetime sports five principles.(3)in the cultivation of content,physical education courses are divided into compulsory basic classes,elective practice classes and ability training classes.(4)in the implementation path,the design is flexible grouping and cooperative teaching;Information construction,network teaching;Free formation,competition teaching;Internal and external combination,cohesion teaching;Home school docking,joint teaching.(5)in the evaluation mode,the score ratio is established to distinguish the evaluation subjects;The process adopts quantitative evaluation,and the results are built by qualitative evaluation.The end of the evaluation system,comprehensive evaluation of the goal of three forms.
