The concept of cooperative learning has been long-standing and has been widely used in classroom teaching.Its interactive discussion mode has added a lot of fun and vitality to classroom teaching.However,with the continuous in-depth research and practice of cooperative learning,there are many problems in the organization of cooperative learning in classroom teaching.These problems have greatly affected the value of cooperative learning in the classroom,and also added many obstacles for implementation of cooperative learning.This research attempts to discover the problems existing in the cooperative learning organization of teaching,and explores the fundamental causes of these problems and proposes corresponding strategies.This article sorts out domestic and foreign documents first,and then clarifying the current research status of cooperative learning and cooperative learning organizations;Secondly,it elaborates on cooperative learning and cooperative learning organizations,and defines the connotation and theoretical basis of cooperative learning organizations;After that we prepared a questionnaire for primary school mathematics teachers' cooperative learning organization and compiled a classroom observation scale for cooperative learning organizations.The questionnaire and observation scale are compiled based on theoretical of cooperative learning organizations.At last,we found that elementary school mathematics teachers have problems in organizing group cooperation:teachers cannot accurately grasp the connotation of cooperative learning in teaching;Their efforts in cultivating and building cooperative learning groups are not enough;Teachers are lack of specialized understanding of the key elements of cooperative learning.After clarifying the problems that teachers have in collaborative learning organizations,analyze the reasons behind these problems.Finally,according to the theoretical basis of cooperative learning organizations,the problems existing in cooperative learning organizations in primary school mathematics teaching are discussed and proposed some reference solution strategy.This study of cooperative learning in this paper is based on the Johnson brothers'theory of cooperative learning organization,but the problems existing in cooperative learning are analyzed and investigated from a new perspective,and the corresponding solutions are summarized and put forward for teachers to improve.The teaching quality of cooperative learning provides some reference opinions.In addition,there are still many areas where research on cooperative learning organizations needs to be improved and resolved,and it requires continuous in-depth research.
