Cooperative learning is one of the new curriculum reform advocates learning. The world trend of education reform, the need for improved students’ learning and students development requirements. I define cooperative learning as:the main carrier and forms is group activity, indeed to develop students’ sense of cooperation and cooperative capacity, for the purpose of realization of students’ right to learn.Cooperative group learning, under the guidance of teachers, and students voluntary basis, a certain number of students have a common identity and a clear division of roles, devote to students’ self-development and team for the purpose of a teaching activity. It is the basic organizational form and the main activities of cooperative learning. Overall, the cooperative learning is concept, joint working group is the form and carrier, joint working group learning is the goal, the cooperation is in real terms.In this study, based on further collection of informative literature, through go to primary school, and into the classrooms, questionnaires and classroom observation research methods, strive to true representation of the status of the cooperative group learning, summarize the advantages and shortcomings of them,then put forward a scientific and feasible optimization strategy. Contribute to enriching the research theory.The paper consists of three parts:The first part is the research background. Cooperative learning research at home and abroad. Mainly include the connotation of cooperative learning, elements of cooperative learning, the theoretical basis of cooperative learning, advantages and use of cooperative learning problems,study on the optimization strategy of cooperative group learning, cooperative organizations.The second part is the main body portion of the study. First of all, analysis of cooperative learning, cooperative group learning concepts are defined. Cooperative group learning essential characteristics, complex targets and difficult operation,group of cooperation within the group between competition, students’ sense of accomplishment. Teachers and students, life and multi-directional interaction, teaching high efficiency. Theoretical basis of this study include organizational life cycle theory, group dynamics and cognitive development theory, cooperative group learning structure, functions and objectives, as well as influencing factors. Learn from the corporate life cycle theory, mainly includes:incubation period, the birth of a growing, youthful period of conflicts, stability, maturity, and maintain a difficult period and renewable period of rise. On the basis of questionnaires and classroom observation, found that the presence of cooperative group learning in the current in the primary school classroom.Cooperative group learning to recognize deviations, means of cooperative group learning, target utilitarian.Cooperative group learning process a single fixed.
