With the rapid development of the "Internet +," it has brought opportunities and challenges to the education industry.People ' s learning methods have shifted from traditional offline learning to online learning.Due to the convenience of the Internet,time saving,and excellent prices,the market demand for “ Internet+ education ” is increasing day by day.The deep integration of education and the Internet has become the frontier of education innovation and transformation.With the ten years' rise and development of "Internet + education",the teaching mode is still in a phase of exploration.Different from offline education,"Internet + education" teaching management model system still needs to be improved.This article has conducted a systematic study on the teaching management of X-net,the first Internet education platform in China.Based on a limited literature study,the author has analyzed the existing problems in the teaching management of the online school and found that the current existence exists.There are five problems in the following issues.Due to teachers' lack of awareness of responsibility and the lack of binding force on the platform,the teacher's salary system and evaluation system are not perfect.Due to the lack of combination of theory and practice of teaching plan management,the lack of curriculum planning management and student management are lacking.Because the students are more blind to the learning objectives,the teaching objectives are not set clearly;because the platform can not learn the students' true thoughts,it leads to lack of supervision in the implementation process of the teaching;because the students' improper choice of teaching tools,the quality and application of the development of teaching tools need to be improved..Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: In teacher management,the evaluation system and evaluation system for teacher evaluation needs to be improved.In terms of curriculum planning,it is necessary to improve the curriculum planning management system and create a learning community.In terms of curriculum objectives,different course settings are specified.Objectives: In the teaching process,it is necessary to improve the experience of the teaching process.In the management of teaching quality,we must upgrade and improve teaching tools to improve teaching quality.In order to enhance the user's learning experience,the interaction between teachers and students,platforms and students,students and students,platforms and parents is increased to meet their individualized learning needs.In order toeffectively provide the majority of learners with more quality and effective education services,we will also promote the systematic,orderly and scientific sustainable development of similar "Internet + Teaching" curriculum learning platforms.
