With the rapid development of emerging technologies and Internet,education has entered the era of human development and autonomous learning.The Employment Guidance course is a public compulsory course for colleges to improve students' employment awareness and ability,which is an important way to promote the employment guidance of college students.Under the traditional teaching mode,teachers can not fully arouse students' enthusiasm,and students can't participate in the study actively,which affects the teaching effect of the course.Educational APP based on smart terminal,has advantages of convenience and interactivity.Using Educational APP can choose on their own time and space,students can conduct personalized learning according to their own circumstances,the learning methods are more flexible,which makes the autonomous learning more diversified and attractive.Based on Educational APP,the new ideas and technologies of autonomous learning have revitalized the Employment Guidance course.This research mainly explores the curriculum construction of Employment Guidance and the case study supported by educational APP.Through the literature research method,the research experience of educational APP and employment guidance course at home and abroad is used for reference,it is found that based on Educational APP of Employment Guidance course,scholars both at home and abroad have found less research on the design of the curriculum resources,creation of teaching situation,the design of the teaching mode,teaching design,teaching evaluation,teaching satisfaction study and so on.Through interviews and questionnaire survey,with the current situation of G College's Employment Guidance,it finds out the advantages and the problems of the Employment Guidance course based on Educational APP,and put forward the countermeasures and methods to solve the problems.In the process of teaching practice,combined the innovation of the course construction of Educational APP's platform,teaching resources,teaching mode,teaching evaluation and other aspects with the traditional teaching design,it is concluded that the educational APP of Employment Guidance course can give full play to the advantages of the platform,and make the forms of education resources more diversified.It is convenient for autonomous learning,and realizes the process of teaching evaluation,students' learning initiative and enthusiasm has been greatly improved,and teaching effectiveness has also been improved significantly.This topic is divided into four chapters to explain the content of this study: The first chapter is the background,significance and methods of research,as well as Employment Guidance course and education concept and analysis of the nature of the APP.Then we review the current research status of Employment Guidance course and Educational APP at home and abroad.This paper mainly introduces the advantages of Educational APP in teaching,and expounds the application theory of Employment Guidance course in detail.The second chapter mainly introduces the practice of the Employment Guidance course supported by Educational APP.The third chapter studies the case practice of Employment Guidance course supported by Educational APP,and carries on the teaching practice analysis.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of summarizing the research conclusions of this subject,this paper points out the innovation of this research,and analyzes the shortcomings and defects in the research,and looks forward to the follow-up research work.
