In recent years,with university education has been transformed from elite education to mass education,one's deceased father grind become a craze among college students,the education technology professional as many professional one,also received the effect of the one's deceased father grind boom,with the appearance of new media and media use lower threshold,education technology professional crisis facing transformation now,education technology professional students still choose one's deceased father grind motivation what,only know the students real one's deceased father grind motivation and ideas,from the perspective of students to look at the education technology professional,to better promote the development of education technology professional.This research mainly USES literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method understanding one's deceased father grind motivation of students and to the motives behind reflected the problems were analyzed,and specific performance as follows:In related to professional cognitive motivation,most of the students when they make one's deceased father grind choice are influenced by the associated with professional cognitive motivation,so as to choose further study in the field of education technology professional.There are still some students who are not strongly influenced by their professional cognitive motivation during the postgraduate entrance examination,so they need to learn more about their major.In related to professional emotional motivation,a part of the students is from the education technology professional love and deep feelings and choose to continue in this professional one's deceased father grind,but there are still a lot of part of the students is not out of love for professional and chose one's deceased father grind in the area,from one's deceased father grind success rate they choose this major consideration.The students can further develop their professional feelings by strengthening their understanding of the major.In terms of motivation related to professional employment,most students want to engage in the work related to this major in the future,and only a few students do not want to engage in professional related work.In terms of internal motivation,most students take postgraduate entrance examination to improve their professional knowledge and skills to help them betteremployment,and the internal motivation strongly influences students' choice of postgraduate entrance examination.In terms of external motivation,most students are mainly influenced by social factors such as social competitiveness and employment pressure,and are seldom affected by the family.In terms of one's deceased father grind blindly follow situation,most of the students independent thinking whether he is suitable for one's deceased father grind and research direction in the future,not the result of blindly,but there are still a part of students exists the phenomenon of blindly,these students lack of thinking calmly,should further strengthen their own independent thinking ability.Finally,according to the results of the questionnaire analysis and interview,the author makes a reflection on the problems reflected in the motivation of the students of education technology,and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.
