During these years, more and more women graduate join in the Postgraduate-Entrance-Examination, the most important reason is that they want to find a good job, acquire better development, and realize their value through postgraduate education. But there are some underling reasons behind this phenomenon, in which deep social factors and complex individual matters.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the development of the women undergraduate and post-graduate education, and examines the problem in it. Secondly, I discuss the social problems and influences because of the grandness of taking part in the Postgraduate-Entrance-Examination, which include the vicious circle of employment, the impact to traditional family ethics, and the influence to the change of marriage and bearing concept. Consequently, this thesis analyses some factors in economy, society, education, and family, which include the employment of women graduate, sex discrimination, social flowage, social security, higher education, the worthiness of women graduate, At the end, we offer the following measures to solve the serious problem: macro-control by the country, more employment chance created for women graduate; the change of the impression of female, perfect employment mechanism for women graduates, opening courses for women graduate, at the same time, we should guide the employment and psychology tutorship; the women graduate also treat this problem rightly, they should choose the right way for themselves.This thesis aims to arose the social attention to the education, employment, development of women graduate, makes the female education step into the fine path of development, and then promote it speedily and perfectly.
