Research On The Efficiency Of The Diversified Supply Of Higher Education In My Country

With the development of the socialist market economy and the improvement of the socialist modernization process,the demand and supply of high-quality talents in China is also increasing.Education,especially higher education,plays an important role in the cultivation of human capital in China.The development of higher education has experienced many changes.With the government continuing to serve as the main provider of education services and to decide the development of education,introducing social forces into school running and charging education,the supply body of higher education has already presented a diversified supply pattern.The sources of funds of higher education in our country has been enriched and developed continuously.However,there are many problems encountered in the development of higher education in China,such as the property rights of private schools,the imbalance between human capital supply and market demand,and the shortage of funds in higher education.These problems reflect the inefficient supply of higher education in China.Under the background of diversified supply of higher education,this paper,through studying the efficiency of diversified supply of higher education,points out the practical problems encountered in the development of higher education in China,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The first chapter,introduction,is mainly to determine the issues to be studied in the paper,the research background,the significance of the research,the basic research ideas and the research methods.The second chapter,starting from the nature of the public goods,points out the nature of the mixed products of higher education,and lays the theoretical basis for its diversification.Then the input and output of higher education are evaluated from two angles of cost and income,and the benefit of the higher education is briefly analyzed.At the same time,it also analyzes the supply target,the way of supply and the relation between each subject of higher education.The third chapter analyzes the scale and structure of the diversified supply of higher education in China from two aspects: the source of higher education funding and the number of private higher education institutions.By establishing DEA evaluation index and analyzing the current situation of the funding of higher education in China,it points out the efficiency of diversified supply of higher education in China: first,the total amount is insufficient,and the supply and demand is not balanced;Second,the structure is not reasonable,and the efficiency of the allocation of resources is not high.The fourth chapter,according to the above problems,puts forward five policy recommendations: developing the market,sharing costs,forming a diversified education system;make "property rights" clear,put a reasonable distribution of benefits;cost savings,improve capital efficiency;improve the efficiency evaluation system,absorbing the social quality resources;strengthen the sense of responsibility,the introduction of competition mechanism to out of bad money.
