| At present,due to the differences between regions and schools,the curriculum of senior high school psychological health education in China has not yet formed a standardized teaching system,a systematic curriculum framework,and effective curriculum resources.Traditional high school curriculum construction takes the college entrance examination as the core,focusing on the cultivation of students’ academic ability,rather than the enhancement of psychological self-protection consciousness and the improvement of psychological quality,it is difficult to promote the students’ psychological growth.As a new direction for curriculum development,the digital curriculum breaks the space-time constraints of traditional classrooms and is conducive to solving the practical dilemma of high school mental health education curriculum development.The purpose of this study is to explore new ways of integrating digital means with mental health education curriculum,so as to explore the practical value of the digital curriculum for mental health education in high schools.Firstly,through literature analysis,the research ideas and values are clearly defined.Secondly,courses are set up in terms of objectives and principles,contents and teaching materials,management and evaluation,and digital technology is used to optimize the curriculum.Thirdly,through the teaching practice,questionnaires,follow-up interviews,expert assessment methods to explore the effect of mental health education digital courses and the achievement of goals.Fourth,the research conclusions are finally drawn by discussing this research and previous research echoing and optimizing.As a result,the digitized mental health education curriculum developed in this study will help enhance the effectiveness of the curriculum.From a long-term perspective,this course helps to achieve the objectives of the course.N city high school mental health education courses have inter-school differences,and each school has an urgent need for digital courses that are easy to migrate. |
