As a kind of education for inproving mental quality of students, mental health education is an important content of quality education. As a main way of mental heath education in school ,the active course cf mental health education can solve the contradiction between enormous mental demands of students and serious lack of teachers,but there are many manifest differences from the other courses ,which have decided that appropriate instructional designs(ID) different from the other courses should be used in mental health education activity course . Then what ID idea &technology corresponding to character of the course can deduce the popure of the course fully and thoroughly? I think the ID idea& technology "centring upon student"basing on constructivism can suit to it. This thesis makes a systematic exposition about it and gives some pratical results and an ID example with analysis attched the end of the thesis.
