The significant measure to carry out the fundamental task of values establishment and people cultivation is developing students' key quality in the new-round curriculum reform,which adheres to the world education reform trend and improves the international competitiveness of our education.However,the reform of evaluation method should keep pace with the curriculum reform.Without the change of evaluation method for the student learning,there would be no change in the learning and teaching method and the curriculum reform would unavoidably be just like putting old wine in new bottlesThe increasingly rapid and complex social reform and development continuously challenges students' development and educational evaluation,which undoubtedly makes the test and evaluation of public engagement quality a hard nut to crack.What's the difficulty of scientific testing method for public engagement quality?It is not hard to find out the three reasons for it.First,the defining of the basic connotation and evaluation norm of public engagement quality is limited to theoretical analysis,lacking adequate empirical support.Second,we lack the accumulation of practical experience in evaluation method for public engagement quality.The scientific and reasonable evaluation method and targeted evaluation skills for the evaluation of the implicit quality in the public engagement activities is also limited.Third,we don't attach enough importance to the research about the evaluation of the public engagement quality,especially the non-paper test such as the activity evaluation and process evaluation.Because of the requirement and challenge of the public engagement quality evaluation,the paper analyses the present situation of the evaluation of the students' pubic engagement quality by doing surveys and research,and points out the achievements it has made and the dilemma it faces by combining the physics curriculum standard and the research fruits of physics key quality test.It also explores the evaluation strategy of the students' public engagement quality in the aspects of evaluation basis,concept,method and approach focusing on the problems and dilemma of it.On the basis of what has been achieved,the paper puts forward the thoughts of carrying out the activity curriculum combined with my teaching practice and theoretical research.We evaluate students' public engagement quality in in-class and after-class activities according to their task-fulfilling condition by means of creating contexts and setting up tasks.What's more,traditional paper testing has also been improved.The specific methods for how to evaluate the students' public engagement quality in the activity curriculum are also been introduced in detail in this paper.The paper is intended to offer some referable thoughts and guidelines for the research and evaluation of pubic engagement quality and other key qualities by exploring and studying.
