With the rapid development of economy,constant updating of science and technology and continuous progress of society,China's higher education industry has also made considerable progress.Under such a background,teaching quality has increasingly become a focus of people's attention.Undergraduate education has always accounted for the largest proportion in higher education.Currently,the most popular teaching evaluation in the world focuses on the teaching quality evaluation of undergraduate education,which is a requirement to ensure the development of education connotation.At present,the reference factors of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities in China are extensive,but individual factors such as students' learning quality and learning activities have not been fully included as reference factors.In addition,it is accompanied by problems such as late start,slow development,serious disconnection and light theory.How to make the evaluation of higher education more scientific,this problem still needs to be explored and improved by researchers.Therefore,some scholars gradually turn their vision to the exploration of individual factors of students in order to get a more reasonable and scientific teaching evaluation method,and NSSE evaluation research comes into being in this context.This paper focus on the students' learning,through to the NSSE and NSSE-China project,trying to combine the NSSE survey and the actual situation of China's colleges and universities,improve the form suitable for the questionnaire "the college students' learning in questionnaire" for a few colleges and universities to carry out the sampling investigation and study,supplemented by management in colleges and universities and teacher interview investigation,and an analysis of the causes to reflect the current situation of the survey,finally from three aspects: school,teacher,student put forward strategies to further improve students' learning in degrees,in order to improve the quality of higher education and its evaluation is scientific to provide important reference value.
