One of the development trends of modern education system is general education combined with vocational education.According to the education statistics issued by the Ministry of Education in 2019,the proportion of students entering high schools and vocational schools is almost the same,and the selection of high school entrance examination is becoming more and more prominent.There is no doubt that the curriculum standards guides the proposition of the high school entrance examination,so it is of great significance and value to study the consistency between the above two.In addition,the Ministry of education put forward the policy of "one outline and multiple copies" in 1985,which was actively responded by all provinces and compiled a number of textbooks with local characteristics.In order to research the consistency between the curriculum standards and the mathematics middle school entrance examination papers in different teaching copies,this study selects the papers of Jinan,Weihai,Jining,Liaocheng in 2021 and curriculum content standards for grades7-9 as the research object,and taking the SEC analysis model as the consistency research tool.By constructing the consistency analysis framework of China and encoding and data processing the research objects.The consistency of examination papers and curriculum standards in the four cities is analyzed from three dimensions of content theme,cognitive level and overall consistency.The following conclusions are drawn through data analysis:the consistency between the examination papers and the curriculum standards of mathematics in the four cities of Shandong Province in 2021 is low in terms of content theme,cognitive level and overall consistency.However,the examination papers in the four cities are similar in these three dimensions.In addition,the proposition of the examination paper in mathematics in each region has its own characteristics.The following suggestions are put forward through the research conclusions: the evaluation system of curriculum standards should be more perfect and specific;Local governments should strengthen the construction of proposition teams;Propositional personnel continuously improve their professional quality;Proposition experts strive to improve the evaluation system of consistency research in China.
