To Study The Effectiveness Of Classroom Management

Classroom is a complex social system constituted by teacher, students, and environment,in which teacher and students complete the teaching program through mutual influence and then achieve the teaching goal. Classroom management is the basic condition for the teaching program survival and an important guarantee for the smooth complement of the class program. The effective classroom management is not only the basic guarantee for smoothing classroom teaching and for improving the quality of classroom instruction, but also an effective way to promote the students'all-round development. Therefore, it needs a whole new idea to study effective class control. In my thesis, I attempt to analyze the effectiveness of the classroom management through cultural model. I study and analyze the classroom management reform raised by a rural middle original classroom teaching reform; meanwhile, I research the meaning of the effectiveness of classroom management and try to construct effective classroom management model which can adapt the purpose of people-oriented new class reform advocates through case-by-case investigation combining with interviews, documents and observation.The thesis is divided into six parts:Part I: briefly introduction of the background information of the effectiveness of classroom management and the main contents of this thesis.Part II: exposition of some main relative concepts about the classroom and classroom management,and overview analysis of some relative documents.Part III: analysis of the cultural model of education management; and constructing the analytical effectiveness framework of classroom management.Part IV: investigating and analysis of the cases.Part V: from the leadership, objective, organizational structure of the classroom, classroom environment, and other aspects, analysis of classroom management of this rural middle school to explore the effectiveness of classroom management built on"cultural model".Part VI: researching the meaning of cultural model to the effectiveness of classroom management and trying to build the effective people-oriented classroom management model.
