Research On The Training Model Of Interns In Social Work Institutions

The social workers industry is facing a constant loss of social workers and recruit ment of new social workers.It is particularly important to pay attention to the cultivation of intern trainees as industry reserve talents.This article conducts a case study of social work institution in H by means of field research and literature research methods,and discusses the trainee training model from the perspective of “structure-relationship”.This paper analyzesthe structure of H institutions,the training of personnel,the training system of interns,and the content of trainees internships.Then considers the structure training of interns in H institutions.Several aspects of the development of social workers such as training plans,institutional project development plans,and overall development guarantees of institutions are closely related and mutually reinforcing.Through the analysis of the problems in the specific cultivation of the interns' training mode in H institutions,this paper has constructed a set of recruitment and training modes for social organizations,and hopes to provide useful reference and reference in the actual work in this field so as to better promote the development of social work industry.
