Since its establishment,nationalities colleges and universities have made outstanding contributions to cultivating minority college students for liberation,political power building,border consolidation,national unity,economic development and social progress in ethnic areas.The employment of college graduates has been the focus of attention of our country and society for a long time,and the employment problem of minority graduates is the most important part,which cannot be ignored.It is of great practical significance to study the employment of minority college students in national colleges and universities and improving the market competitiveness of minority college students.In this study,from the perspective of the competitiveness of human resources,it conducted questionnaires and interviews with minority graduates from Southwest Minzu University,the school employers and related functional department of Southwest Minzu University to analyze and study the employment problem of minority graduates.It also provided objective and rational suggestions and countermeasures for ethnic minority students,employers and national institutions.For nationalities colleges and universities,it is necessary to pay attention to improving minority college students' professional knowledge and personal comprehensive quality,improving the campus recruitment platform,strengthening the cooperation and exchange between school and enterprise,guiding the minority college students to plan their career and improving the ability to find jobs.For employers,they need to protect the basic rights and interests of employees,provide good personal development space,cultivate corporate cultural image,enhance staff centripetal force and cohesion,and also need to close school enterprise contact and communication,and feedback the situation of students in time.For minority college graduates,to improve their employment competitiveness,they need to improve their overall quality,increase their human capital stock,and increase their self-knowledge ability.They should pay attention to the natural advantages of ethnic minorities and transform their disadvantages into advantages,seize the natural advantages of the geographical position,and actively innovate and start their own business.
