Research On The Impact Of System Changes On The Educational Development Of Private Martial Arts Schools In My Country

The development of private martial arts schools has broken the conservative inheritance model of Chinese martial arts for thousands of years,not only become an important supplement to the national quality education,but also become an important pillar industry for the local economic development.Most of the research on the development of private Wushu schools is about the development status and sustainable development.Therefore,this study,with the help of the theory of institutional change,studies the causes and future trends of private martial arts schools by means of literature,interview and case analysis,and provides a reliable and solid backing for the future development of private Wushu school education.The first part(from the spring and Autumn period to the Warring States,the early Qin Dynasty to the early Tang,the late Tang to the end of the Qing Dynasty),the modern(the late Qing Dynasty to the 1956),the modern(1957 to 1977)private learning of the "martial arts education".The changes in the two economic systems of private ownership to public ownership or the policy of culture and education have not clearly pointed out the development of "Wushu education" in the private schools;the change of the subjective consciousness of the rulers and the needs of the social development(informal system)has produced "academic decline",which has promoted the development of Folk Wushu organizations and associations.The second part of private Wushu school education has entered the stage of recovery,steady and rapid and standardized according to law.The system continues to improve,private Wushu school education has become a component of national education,the transformation of planned economy to the market economy system,education to "public and private" double body system,and drive the development of private Wushu school education.In the third part,the influence of institutional change on the development of private Wushu School Education-coordination and sustainable development must be based on the informal system(social ideology,culture,customs,etc.)and the formal system to form the system innovation.Taking Shaolin Tai Gou Wu school and Xiao Long Wu school as a case study,we fully understand the influence of informal system and formal system on the input,quality of education and internal management of private martial arts school education.By taking the theory of institutional change as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the expected future of its development status.The result shows that the present education of private martial arts schools has its own one,and the humanistic environment: due to the full of competitive sports and the concept of "heavy text",it leads to the shortage of students.Second,the property rights system: the confusion of ownership and ownership structure leads to confusion in management and the decline in teaching quality.Thirdly,the charging system: there is no unified charging standard and supervision and evaluation system to disrupt the market order of the industry.Fourth,the teacher system: no employment,salary and other regulations,and professional fatigue,which affects the quality of education.Fifthly,household registration system: lack of unified management of local departments,imbalance of compulsory education and loss of student resources.Its six,internal management technology: family management,"one word," management,resulting in the training system is inconsistent with the reality of society.Seventh,the process of Marketization: the pursuit of economic benefits,the neglect of the correct handling of the relationship with the market,the lack of social research and the interference of the government,resulting in the loss of market competitiveness and hindering the process of promoting the market.According to the existing problems,we use the theory of institutional change to analyze the future trend.First,change the concept of education and promote the sustainable development of private Wushu schools.Second,promote the system innovation of private Wushu school education development;clear property rights,protect property rights differentiation,establish regional unified fee standard,issue "charge license",establish fixed household registration system to flow household registration system,and establish the same teacher system as public schools.Third,we should strengthen technological innovation in the development of private Wushu schools,introduce senior management personnel,adhere to democratic decision-making and expand educational content.Fourth,we should break traditional ideas,speed up the process of marketization,and handle the relationship with the market and the government well.
