Select a rural primary school in southwest of shandong province as the research object,starting from the natural and social cultural environment of L primary school,with the method of field investigation,Through interviews with teachers,parents,and the Village committee leaders and literature review,analyze the internal and external factors affecting the development of L primary school.With the development of urbanization,the trend of work and the prosperity of the village processing industry,the rural society has undergone tremendous changes,and the villagers' economic resources are not dependent on the land.With the increase of villagers' income,more and more people choose to settle in cities,which promotes the concentration of rural population to cities,exacerbates the "hollowness" of the countryside and the loss of a large number of school-age children.With the deepening of modern concept in rural society,people's awareness of education has been enhanced unprecedentedly,choosing high-quality education resources and becoming the consensus of rural parents,the "school choice craze" began to spread in rural areas.Within the school,teaching teachers are aging and the new teacher can't get in,mismanagement have reduced the quality of education in rural schools.At the same time,Under the influence of "withdraw point and school" and urbanization,rural schools began to disappear in villages,and resources were also concentrated,and rural children faced the problem of "going to school ".Under the education management system of the county.The development of rural schools is in the passive situation and the shortage of rural education funds and the lack of timely issuance restrict the development of rural education.The rapid expansion of private schools,dominated by towns and cities,has attracted a large number of rural students with strict management and high-quality teaching,and the living space of rural schools faces another challenge.The thesis is divided into five parts: The introduction part,it mainly includes research background,research significance and research methods.The second part describes the social environment of L village,it mainly includes the general situation,economy,life and culture of L village.The third part show the development of the primary school from the beginning,prosperity and decline.In the fourth part,the realistic picture of rural schools is presented,showing the teaching status of teaching points and merging schools,and analyzing the modern experience of the countryside that has lost the school.The fifth part mainly explains the decline of education in the countryside from the family,school,village committee,management system and competition of private school.
