School education plays a leading role in people's physical and mental development,teaching is a central part of the school education,the classroom is the concrete implementation of the teaching,so the importance of classroom management is obvious.With the reform of education curriculum,there are some new changes in classroom management: for example,classroom management is gradually shifted from authoritarian to democratic,and the students' main role is increasingly prominent.But many of these changes are formal,and there are still some imbalances in the actual classroom:Such as one-sided pursuit of efficiency,the establishment of strict rules and punishment for the main classroom management methods are still widespread.In such a classroom,students' personality is suppressed,freedom is restricted,development is blocked,and classroom balance is destroyed.It is the ideal classroom to create a classroom with equality,respect,development,connection,harmony,coexistence and diversity,which is the ecological pursuit of modern classroom management.Education ecology was developed in Britain and America in the1960 s.It is an emerging science that USES the principles of ecology to study the phenomenon of education.In recent years,more and more people have applied the concept of ecology to the micro level of class.Ecological classroom management is to treat the classroom as a small ecological system,and pursue the human flourishing life state and human sustainable development.In this article to build the ecological perspective of classroom management,is not a kind of curing mode,but one look at the overall,harmonious and sustainable development of the ultimate purpose of education,hope to explore the management concept of an open,Shared,for today's classroom management to provide some inspiration and reference.Combined with the specific subject,this research is to study from the angle of education ecology,the junior middle school mathematics classroom management present situation,comprehensive using literature method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on many kinds of research methods,and combined with ecology as a whole,open,complex mode of thinking,to make analysis and research about the present situation of junior middle school mathematics classroom management,and puts forward the construction strategy of ecological classroommanagement.This paper is divided into three parts:Part ?: introduction.Specifically expounds the purpose and significance of topics,reviews the education ecology perspective of junior middle school mathematics classroom management research progress both at home and abroad,and the related core concepts are defined,at the same time to research the content and is proposed to solve the main problems and specific research ideas and methods.The second part: the current situation and cause analysis of middle school mathematics classroom management.This paper mainly expounds the achievements and existing problems of junior middle school mathematics classroom management,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The third part: combining with the theory of education ecology,the strategy of optimizing middle school classroom management is put forward.Including build diverse community of classroom management,shaping and win-win ecological relationship between teachers and students,shape the organic whole of classroom teaching,build ecological harmonious classroom environment,establishing the ecological classroom management evaluation system and so on.
