Equality and respect, harmony and freedom, collaboration and innovation, personality anddevelopment are both people longing for an ideal classroom and the ecological pursuit of modernclassroom management. However, scientism and positivism are still full of classroom management untilnow, the pursuit of efficiency and guarantee of order have become the primary aim of classroommanagement. Strict rules and the corresponding punishment have become the major means of teachers’classroom management. In this classroom management, equality is destroyed, freedom is limited, the personality is depressed, the development is obstructed. To create a classroom management system ofharmonious development becomes a true redemption for the school to return to true education. To consider the current classroom management from the view of ecology, we can find the classroommanagement emphasizes the management but ignore the understanding and respect for students; theclassroom management emphasizes the standardization of the management while ignoring the students’ freegrowth in the class; the classroom management emphasizes the universality of management but ignore thedevelopment of students’ personality; the classroom management emphasizes competitive among studentsbut ignore the collaboration and innovation among the students. Subjectification of teachers andobjectification of students in the classroom management and the comprehensive control of teachers and thefalse obedience of students in the classroom are the deepest disclosure for current classroom managementsystem defects. Students gradually become “quantification of the product” under the so-called theefficiency and standardization management, teachers become “imprison workers” under the circumstancesof quantitative assessment. Teachers and students are lack of proper communication and understanding, sothe whole class becomes a processing factory of no vitality. What kind of classroom management canresolve contradictions in the current middle school classroom management, make the people in theclassroom can really integrate in classroom management to get the comprehensive, harmonious andsustainable development, but also promote the steady development of the classroom management?
