Research On The Status Quo Of College Students' Legal Consciousness

Law is the most important tool for governing the country.Good law is the precondition of perfect governance.This article is under the guidance of the Chinese Marxist theory of law,as the theoretical basis of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics of general secretary Xi Jinping on comprehensively governing the country and raising the legal consciousness of the whole people in the new era.The research results of the theory of citizen's legal consciousness are analyzed.At the same time,according to the statistical results of the questionnaire and the actual situation of the social legal hot spot,this paper summarizes the new characteristics of legal consciousness of college students in China.That is the lack of legal consciousness of some college students,the lack of systematic and comprehensive legal knowledge.The college students can't consciously abide by the law.It leads to the neglect of law and the occurrence of multiple crimes.Starting from the aspects of society,school,family,individual and so on,in-depth analysis of the underlying causes of these realities.Perfect the systematic understanding of the cultivation of legal consciousness of college students in the new era.To explore the ideas and methods for the development of education for university's ideological and political development under the new circumstances,we will advance the rule of law and build a moderately prosperous society in all-round way,in order to cultivate the legal consciousness of college students.
