Teachers' classroom evaluation is an important part in teaching processes,It is also one of the most important bridges to communicate the emotions of teachers and students.It plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching.With the continuous advancement of new curriculum reforms,new requirements have been put forward for the classroom evaluation of teachers in primary schools.However,teachers don't pay more attention to classroom evaluation in their teaching practice,and the goal of the teachers' classroom evaluation have not been achieved,which promotes the comprehensive development of each student by motivating,improving and triggering thought.Therefore,the present situation of teachers' classroom evaluation has been investigated in the high-grade primary schools.Based on the multiple intelligence theory and constructivism learning theory,the index system of teachers' classroom evaluation has been constructed.Meanwhile the suggestions for improving teachers' classroom evaluation are proposed in the high-grade primary schools.Firstly,based on the multiple intelligence theory and constructivism learning theory,combining with deficiencies in the research of teachers' classroom evaluation of primary schools,the principle of teacher classroom evaluation is constructed.The index system of teachers' classroom evaluation for primary school has been established including object,form and frequency.Secondly,based on the investigations,classroom observations,and interviews,the present situation of teachers' classroom evaluation has been investigated including the object,form,frequency,type,effectiveness and satisfaction.Many problems have been found,such as general evaluation,single form,lack of group evaluation and individual evaluation,lack of encouraging evaluation and guiding evaluation.The main influencing factors are as following: schools do not pay attention to teaches' classroom evaluation,teachers' evaluation concept is ambiguous,teachers' evaluation attitude is incorrect,lack of teachers' evaluation knowledge and ability,lack of teachers evaluation training.Finally,based on the investigations and the relevant theories,some suggestions for solving the problems of the teachers' classroom evaluation in primary school are proposed,which establishing correct classroom evaluation concepts which includes teacher evaluation and student developmental evaluation,enriches classroom evaluation forms which includes the diverse evaluation forms and differential evaluation,improves teachers' classroom evaluation effectiveness which includes specifying evaluation language and enhances the encouraging evaluation and inspiring evaluation,and improves teachers' classroom evaluation abilitywhich includes reflecting on classroom evaluation and strengthening classroom evaluation training.
